We assist individuals and businesses at all stages of a real estate transaction, from the negotiation of terms to the preparation of documents and through the closing. Once the terms of the purchase and sale have been agreed upon, we review and prepare all necessary documents, including the purchase and sale agreements, deeds, mortgages, promissory notes and financing instruments, easements and restrictive covenants. We will also work with escrow and title companies in resolving title issues and will be your advocate in any litigation arising out of a real estate transaction.
